New for 2014

  • Cabin Beds Priced Separately
    • We have decided to change our pricing in order to bring us in line with other events like ours and make the event more affordable for more people.
    • Towards that end, we are separating the price of registration from the price of the cabin beds.
    • Thus, if you tent, you can come to the event from Thursday to Sunday for just $135! We think this is a great price for a wonderful event.
    • You will find that, if you register for the event and a cabin bed in the early period, the price of the event remains the same as it was in the early period for 2013. If you wait to register later (after the end of the year) the price does increase somewhat, so it’s to your benefit to register early!
    • You’re paying for a cabin bed in a shared room, and the bathrooms in all cabins are open for anyone to use, site-wide.
    • Also, if you like to spread out a bit, or you’re pretty sure you’ll need the space, you are welcome to buy more than one bed if you like. They are available first-come, first-serve, and there are less than 300 of them. If you buy 7 beds, we’ll give you a whole cabin to yourself, and you can invite anyone you like to stay with you or just be by yourself.
    • Or you can buy one of the double-occupancy private rooms while they last for $298 (for the whole event, two people).
  • Meal Plans:
    • Because many people arrive on Thursday, we have separated the meal plan so you can buy Thurs lunch-Sun brunch for $89.
    • If you arrive on Wednesday, you can add Wed Dinner and Thurs Breakfast for an additional $19.
    • This is a discount from what the meals will cost you on site sold separately.
    • If you wish to buy individual meals, you’ll need to do that using cash on site.
  • Partial Payment
    • You can once againpartially pay for the event instead of paying for it all at once.
    • There is a service fee of $5 for partial payments.
    • You must pay a minimum of $100 per person to hold your place at the event.
    • Partial payment registrations are done on paper. Print the form and mail it to us with a check or money order.

    • Your partial payment is non-refundable, though you may transfer the registration to another person free of charge if you do so no later than April 9, 2014.
    • You would then be required to send the balance of your payment in no later than April 9, 2014, or we will keep the deposit and you will not be registered for the event.
  • Coffee Club:
    • We’ve decided to make the Coffee Club more price- and earth-friendly for 2014.
    • Now you can bring your own mug for the Coffee Club and pay just $10.
    • Yes, we know some of you like to buy a mug as a souvenir of the event. You still can do that, and it’s $7, but it doesn’t come with the Coffee Club.
    • You’ll have a special sticker on your badge that shows you’re a Coffee Club member.
